  We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager with great energy, a confident presence and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help drive sales, develop the team and keep this busy Sydney CBD store running smoothly.

  This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives when things get busy, enjoys being on the shop floor and knows how to bring out the best in people. You’ll need to be commercially minded, organised and ready to lead from the front.

  ABOUT YOU

• - Great energy, a confident presence and a natural ability to connect with people
  - Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within footwear, apparel or a similar customer-focused environment
  - Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced store and able to keep up when things get hectic
  - Sales-driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
  - Strong customer service skills and an appreciation for quality products, fit and product knowledge
  - Confident coaching, motivating and developing a team
  - Organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing stock, store presentation and daily operations
  - Confident using POS, inventory and rostering systems
  - A collaborative, down-to-earth leader who values teamwork and takes pride in doing things well
• WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  
  • Driving Sales: Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs, leading from the front and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Customer Experience: Delivering personalised service, sharing product knowledge and helping customers find the right fit for their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Coaching and motivating team members, supporting onboarding and training, and helping build a positive, high-performing store culture.
  • Store Operations: Supporting the day-to-day running of the store, including store presentation, workplace health and safety, rostering and company procedures.
  • Stock Management: Managing deliveries, replenishment, stock transfers and back-of-house organisation, while assisting with stocktakes and stock discrepancies.
