- Diagnose and treat minor injuries and illnesses
- Provide health advice and prescriptions for medicines
- Coordinate healthcare and referrals to specialists
We are a well established, family run medical practice located in East Corrimal.
We are seeking a General Practitioner to perform the following duties:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Diagnose & Treat minor injuries and illnesses
2. Provide health advice
3. Provide prescriptions for medicines
4. Provide ongoing care for a chronic conditions
5. Medical and health check-ups
6. Health and nutrition advice
7. Coordinating healthcare
8. Ordering of screening and medical tests
9. Referrals to specialist health professionals
10. Health screening, such as cervical screening, or blood pressure checks
11. Vaccinations
12. Antenatal Care
13. Care for children
14. Mental Health Care
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education : Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field
Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
