ArchiCAD proficient Draftsperson - residential projects

Your new companyOur client is one of Melbourne's most impressive developer builders, who specialise in the construction of medium-density and small-lot housing projects.

Your new role
Through continued growth, they are seeking a talented ArchiCAD proficient Production Draftsperson. Working in their House & Land / Wholesale space with a 2026 forecast of 400+ builds, your key duties will include

• Production Drafting duties
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Deliver drawings in line with company quality and timeframe expectations, completing key milestone tasks
• Working with the construction team to provide further construction details when required
• Involvement in creation of Masters

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, it is anticipated you will have work history in a Production Drafting role. You will also ideally have

• Previous experience in a volume builder environment is essential and working to tight deadlines and KPI's
• Strong construction knowledge that will allow you to work through challenging projects.
• ArchiCAD is essential
• High levels of knowledge of BCA and Rescode in particular around SLH.
• An ability to work in a tight-knit, high-performing team in a collaborative manner is a must.
