An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join an established multi-entity organisation with a strong national footprint. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, performance analysis and strategic decision support across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced FP&A analyst who enjoys working at the group level and wants exposure to executive-level reporting, business performance improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
  
The Role
Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating annual budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple business units and divisions.
  • Consolidating financial results, forecasts and plans across a complex multi-entity structure.
  • Developing and maintaining robust financial models, scenario analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Delivering insightful reporting and analysis for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Analysing revenue, margin, EBITDA and profitability performance across business units.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, investment appraisals, business cases and transformation projects.
  • Driving continuous improvements across reporting, planning processes and systems.
  • Supporting the rollout and optimisation of planning and reporting platforms, including Power BI and other analytics tools.

  
About You
To be successful, you will bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management accounting.
  • Strong experience working within a multi-entity, multi-division or group reporting environment.
  • Proven capability consolidating budgets, forecasts and reporting across multiple business units.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including scenario and driver-based modelling.
  • Experience with large ERP systems, planning tools and business intelligence platforms. Power BI exposure highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
