Fire Assessor
- Conduct Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) inspections and audits in line with NSW regulations.
- Provide expert advice on Australian Standards for essential fire safety measures.
- Prepare compliance documentation and liaise with clients, councils, and certifiers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) inspections and audits in line with NSW regulations
- Providing expert advice on Australian Standards for essential fire safety measures
- Preparing compliance documentation and liaising with clients, councils, and certifiers
- Quoting works following inspections or client requests
- Contributing to process improvement and client development
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation and fire safety standards
- Proven experience conducting AFSS inspections and preparing compliance reports
- Ability to scope and quote fire compliance and rectification works
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
