Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute high-impact projects to improve operational efficiencies, scale business verticals, and drive innovation across the company.
- Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of project initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Analytical Insights: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to guide decision-making, identify opportunities, and measure project success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations, as well as external partners, to align efforts and drive results.
- Problem Solving & Iteration: Tackle ambiguous challenges, test hypotheses, iterate based on feedback, and refine solutions to ensure success.
- Operational Improvements: Dive deep into ground-level operations to identify pain points and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
