The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established national design studio to appoint a Senior Interior Designer and Interior Designer to its growing Adelaide team.

The Roles
Senior Interior Designer | 7+ Years' Experience
Salary: $100K-$120K + Super
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role within the Adelaide studio. You will have the autonomy to drive projects, build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the interiors team, while remaining hands-on with design.
You will:
- Lead commercial interior projects from concept through to delivery
- Manage client relationships, consultants and project coordination
- Drive design quality and provide technical guidance across projects
- Mentor junior designers and support the broader Adelaide team
- Work closely with studio leadership to influence project outcomes
You will bring strong commercial design and delivery experience, excellent Revit capability and the confidence to lead projects, engage with clients and support others. You will be someone who takes initiative, values collaboration and wants to make a meaningful contribution to a growing studio.
Interior Designer | 3-6 Years' Experience
Salary: $75K-$90K + Super
An opportunity for an Interior Designer looking to broaden their project exposure, strengthen their technical capabilities and continue progressing their career within an established national studio.
You will:
- Contribute to design concepts, space planning and presentations
- Prepare Revit documentation and coordinate consultant information
- Assist with finishes, materials and FF&E selections
- Work across design development, documentation and project delivery
- Collaborate with experienced designers and architects
You will bring experience within an Australian design studio, strong Revit skills and a proactive approach to learning, collaboration and taking ownership of your work.
