Our client is a well-established supplier of premium commercial furniture and workplace solutions, partnering with leading designers, architects, builders, and end users across Australia.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Support professional to join their Perth team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the sales team, providing essential project and administrative support while playing a key role in the successful delivery of commercial furniture projects.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll provide sales support to two Senior Project Consultants while assisting the wider sales team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the commercial furniture or workplace industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotations for commercial furniture and workstation projects.
* Support two Senior Project Consultants with day-to-day sales administration.
* Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and lead times.
* Support the sales team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from quotation through to project completion.
* Process customer orders and maintain accurate pricing and project documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional service throughout each project.
* Maintain CRM records, pricing schedules, and project documentation.
* Assist with preparing sales documentation, proposals, and presentations where required.
* Ensure all quotations are accurate and completed within required timeframes.
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have:
* Previous experience in sales support, quotations, or customer service within the commercial furniture, workstation, or interiors industry.
* Experience preparing quotations for loose furniture and workstation projects.
* A strong understanding of the commercial furniture or Architecture & Design industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team wherever required.
