About the role:

• Advising on structured finance, securitisation and warehouse funding transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (program documents, trust documentation, notes, facility/warehouse docs, security and ancillary agreements)
• Coordinate conditions precedent, due diligence, execution and settlement/closing processes.
• Working with originators, issuers, trustees, arrangers, investors and rating agencies (as relevant).

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years’ PQE in structured finance/securitisation or broader banking & finance.
• Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys being client-facing.
• A team-first approach and the ability to run components of matters with appropriate support.
