About the Centre:

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Bungendore! We're a busy vibrant child care centre offering 62 places. What makes us special? Milestones Bungendore is a beautiful centre, within a growing regional country town. Our centre offers early education for three age groups. As part of the Affinity family you will have a wide range of opportunities for growth and development to realise your individual potential and goals. We are a close knit, supportive & respectful team with monthly educator recognition!

About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
