We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundskeeper / Gardener to join our team at the Ivanhoe Mine Site.
Employment Options
Local Hire
- Salary: $81,983 + super
- Roster: 5 days on, 2 days off
- 10-hour shifts
Non-Local Hire
- Salary: $83,328 + super
- Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off
- 10-hour shifts
- Accommodation and meals provided while on site
The Role
Reporting to site management, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of site facilities and grounds.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and garden maintenance
- Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
- General cleaning
- Rubbish removal and waste management
- Safe handling and application of chemicals
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site environment
Skills & Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Landscaping
- Gardening and grounds maintenance
- General cleaning / industrial cleaning

Requirements
- MR Licence highly desirable
- Able to supply working rights
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol screening
