Join a growing manufacturing operation in Heathwood as a Digital Printing Machine Operator. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating digital printing machinery, checking print quality and ensuring products are completed accurately and on time. Full-time Monday to Friday hours, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

You’ll be joining a modern manufacturing facility with a strong focus on quality, safety and reliable production. Working as part of a close-knit manufacturing team, you’ll collaborate with machine operators, design, quality, maintenance, finishing and dispatch teams to keep production moving.

Duties and responsibilities
- Set up and operate digital printing machinery according to job instructions and production schedules
- Load materials, inks and other consumables correctly
- Check job specifications, quantities, colours and finishing requirements before production
- Complete test prints and monitor quality throughout production runs
- Identify and resolve minor machine or quality issues where appropriate
- Clean, calibrate and complete routine maintenance on equipment
- Report equipment faults and quality issues to the Production Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production area
We are looking for someone with
- Previous experience operating production machinery, with digital printing experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to follow job specifications and work instructions
- Basic computer skills and confidence using production software
- Good mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach
- Reliable work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience in printing, signage, packaging, labels or manufacturing will be highly regarded, but candidates with solid machinery operating experience are encouraged to apply.
