The Role
PHSA are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultants (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to deliver assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across varying schemes including NDIS, Lifetime Care, Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.
Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: Perform single service assessments, functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic assessments, and return to work case management.
Full time and part time options available.
Requirements:
Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting preferred
Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
Effective communication skills (oral, aural and written)
Problem solving skills
Independence and autonomy
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with electronic client record keeping
