ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bilingual ICT Business Analyst at Corvana AI Business intelligence, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our digital solutions and the needs of our clients, as well as dedicated time to expanding our language barrier on our system to speak to people in their native language. Your work will ensure that our projects are aligned with client expectations and deliver exceptional value. This role is crucial to ensuring streamlined operations and the successful implementation of digital strategies within our organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement using digital solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Assist in the design and optimisation of digital strategies and solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses to ensure project viability.
- Prepare project documentation, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support change management initiatives and provide training to end-users.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients and team members. This role is significant in the business to allow us to expand into new categories working with bilingual business owners to expand our new AI system that will work with business owners from all over the world, and in this circumstance, we are looking for fluent english and spanish speakers to assist us in growing our footprint.
- A strong problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
