As a Fettler, you will be responsible for grinding, finishing, and preparing cast metal products to meet quality standards. This is a physically demanding role suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grinders, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to remove excess metal and imperfections from cast products
• Conduct quality inspections and identify defects
• Perform repetitive manual handling and production tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Work collaboratively within a production team

About You

• Previous experience in labouring, manufacturing, foundry, construction, abattoir, or heavy industrial environments
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and industrial environment
• Able to understand and follow safety procedures and instructions
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Current driver's licence preferred
