About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity currently exists for 2 Contact Centre Consultants to join the St Vincent’s Care Services Team, Bowen Hills on a permanent full-time basis. This role will provide a friendly, customer focused service to people calling the pre-admission area and effectively complete the pre-admission process.

  • Broad based administrative experience with attention to detail.

  • Ability to collect client information and provide effective communications.

  • Understanding of medical terminology.

  • Call centre skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and remain focused in a busy environment.

  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members and clients in a dynamic environment.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
