Your day-to-day:
- Service, maintain, and fault-find dry fire alarm systems across commercial and critical sites
- Work on a range of panels including Siemens, Notifier, Honeywell (Notifier and Fire-Lite), Pertronic, Ampac, MX1, F4000 and more
- Carry out testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance in line with standards
- Diagnose system faults and deliver effective technical solutions on-site
- Respond to service calls and breakdowns across allocated sites
- Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation
- Liaise with site contacts, clients, and contractors professionally
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations and procedures
- Support continuous improvement of system performance and reliability
About you:
- Experience as a Fire Technician (dry fire systems) or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and fault-finding
- Experience across multiple panel types (Siemens, Notifier, Honeywell, etc.) highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and manage service work across sites
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Australian Citizenship (required for NV1 clearance eligibility)
- Ability to pass police and medical checks (funded)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to upskill
