As the Store Manager in this popular Warrnambool store, your key responsibilities are to maximise sales, minimise costs, ensure optimum efficiency and grow profitability along with ensuring that an outstanding customer experience is provided across the store at all times and in all ways. You will be have strong time management and operational skills, be able to effectively delegate and think quickly on your feet.
What we're looking for...:
- Passion for team and customer engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team up to 15 staff members
- Drive sales budgets and bottom line profits
- Ability to follow and achieve % wage budget in line with sales
- Ability to implement strategies to constant improve the business
- Capable managing large store operational requirements
- Confident creating and implementing high visual and store standards
- Have previous experience successfully working in high volume core retail settings!
