Our client is a successful residential building company looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a permanent role offering AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000, designed for someone who sees supervision as a stepping stone into Construction Management and senior leadership. Preferred Requirements
- Background in a building trade, construction, or sales, with a solid understanding of residential construction processes
- Proven ability to supervise sites, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable thinking ahead to identify and solve problems before they escalate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and calm
- Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction management and communication systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification or extensive experience in construction supervision or site management
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites
- Familiarity with residential building standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes
