An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an ICT Change Manager to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state. The successful ICT Change Manager will be offered an initial contract until August 2027 with the view to be extended for 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The ICT Change Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder and user impact assessments to identify change readiness and adoption requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions, and change activities across project lifecycles.
- Develop high-quality change artifacts, including:
- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder engagement plans
- Communication plans and materials
- Training strategies, guides, and user-facing documentation
The ICT Change Manager will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within project delivery environments.
- Strong practical experience conducting user and stakeholder analysis.
- Proven capability developing training materials, user guides, and communications collateral.
- Experience planning and delivering business readiness and adoption activities.
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
