Our client is a mid-sized builder providing end to end project management across Commercial and Residential builds in WA for over 30 years. Well respected for delivering both local and regional projects, they excel in delivering high-quality projects with an innovative and collaborative approach, resulting in strong and longstanding client relationships.

They are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The role will be office based with site visits working with an experienced Team.

Your Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Intermediate level CA, with  proven experience on commercial building projects $20m+.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Recent experience in commercial building
