- Operate Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles in high-speed environments.
- Assist with traffic control set-up and pack-down activities.

The role as a TMA Driver, you will play a critical role in protecting work crews and road users across a variety of road maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles in high-speed environments.
- Undertake daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Assist with traffic control set-up and pack-down activities.
- Work closely with Traffic Controllers, Crew Leaders and clients.
- Maintain compliance with traffic management plans and site procedures.
- Deliver a professional and safety-first approach on every shift.
- Support a positive team culture and high safety standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current Construction White Card
- Current QLD Traffic Control Licence (Stop/Slow Bat)
- Current TMI Accreditation
- Current MR Licence minimum (HR highly regarded)
- Previous TMA driving experience preferred
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends when required
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
HIGHLY REGARDED
- HR Licence
- VMS Experience
- Crew Leader Experience
- Civil, asphalt or road maintenance experience
