ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded developer-builder with a proven track record delivering quality residential communities across South Australia.
Working alongside an established delivery team, you will take ownership of site operations from commencement through to handover, ensuring programmes, quality standards and safety outcomes are achieved. This role will suit a Site Manager who enjoys delivering well-designed residential projects and takes pride in creating communities that leave a lasting impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing site activities from groundworks through to completion
- Driving construction programmes and maintaining project milestones
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Maintaining high standards of quality across all construction stages
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and company requirements
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Overseeing practical completion, defect management and handover
