About the Role
As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.
You’ll be a team player who:
- Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
- Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc
- Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families
- Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
- Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
- Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
