An established and growing construction company is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join its team and take responsibility for the delivery of high-end residential projects across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who understands that quality, communication and attention to detail are critical to successful residential projects.
You will have ownership of your projects on site, working closely with clients, consultants, trades and subcontractors to ensure each project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
The Role
As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, from initial site establishment through to practical completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Site operations and project delivery
- Managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers
- Planning daily activities and coordination
- Monitoring programme, quality and workmanship throughout the project
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and project requirements
About You
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman with a genuine passion for delivering quality residential construction. You have:
- Proven experience supervising high-end or bespoke residential projects
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methodology and sequencing
- A thorough understanding of building practices and construction standards
