Low Loader Operator | Perth Metro & Regional WA
Our client is a well-established, family-owned business based in Welshpool, delivering transport, surfacing, fuel, hire and mechanical services to major civil construction and mining companies across Australia.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Low Loader Operator to join their transport division. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role with a respected employer offering ongoing training, modern equipment and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure and transport heavy plant and equipment
- Operate low loader combinations across metro and regional locations
- Load and unload machinery including excavators, rollers, loaders and other plant equipment
- Ensure loads are correctly restrained and compliant with transport regulations
- Maintain a high standard of safety and customer service on-site
Essential Requirements
- Current HC/MC Licence with a minimum of 2 years holding experience
- Previous low loader or heavy haulage experience
- Sound knowledge of load restraint and safe loading practices
- Experience transporting oversize and overmass loads
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and regional assignments
