About the role
The Register Nurse is responsible for delivering clinical and personal care to meet residents’ cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals.
The After Hours Supervisor role manages our home after hours (with the support of oncall).
Additional shifts may be available at Brighton and/or our Brighton East homes.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will person-centred; highly organised and committed to delivering excellent care.
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
- Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting
- Have availability to work between Monday and Friday
- Proven effective and kind communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and effectively coordinate personal care services whilst providing clinical care
- Able to work autonomously, having an understanding of accountability and the importance of consultation
- Ability to work as Chief Warden to manage emergency situations within established processes (for after hours supervisor shifts)
