About the Role
As their new Landscape Foreman, you'll take charge of some of Brisbane’s most exciting residential landscaping projects. Leading a skilled and passionate crew, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from site prep to the final softscapes, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site
- Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls
- Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and irrigation
- Interpret and implement landscape plans
- Communicate with clients and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery
- Train and mentor crew members
