Reporting to an industry-leading high profile Managing Partner, as the HEAD TPD/Super/Disability Insurance practice leader, leading a team of 7 (3 lawyers+4 admins/paralegal), you will relish the autonomy+ variety +satisfaction of your hands-on multi-dimensional high-level role:
- with your own practice/clients;
- overseeing, leading, mentoring, training, performance managing your team to ensure the practice is running efficiently and optimally meeting the firm’s standards+expectations;

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are an admitted solicitor in NSW;
- Are a personal injury SOLICITOR with strong technical legal knowledge+ MINIMUM 4 years+ (or more) experience managing your own TPD (total permanent disablement) cases making claims via superannuation funds/insurance policies;
- have proven leadership+ outstanding people/client management & time prioritisation skills;
- are highly adaptable + proactive+ results-focused;
- have proven ability to work in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment;
