Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis and monitor key business KPIs.
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Partner with operational stakeholders on financial performance.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
The Successful Applicant
You are a proactive and commercially aware accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working across multiple cost centres or business units will be highly regarded.
- ERP system experience, ideally including large enterprise systems.
