Senior Commercial Lawyer | Commercial & Property Sydney CBD | $130K–$200K + Super | 5+ PQE
Our client is a growing Sydney law firm seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
This is a broad commercial role with a commercial property component, ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working directly with clients and wants variety in their day-to-day matters.

The role You will work across a variety of commercial matters, with a particular focus on:
- Commercial property transactions and conveyancing
- Retail and commercial leasing
- Commercial contracts and agreements
- Lease assignments, renewals and variations
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Providing practical commercial advice to clients
- Managing matters independently from start to finish
- Liaising directly with clients, counterparties and other solicitors
About you
- 5+ years PQE
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Strong commercial law experience
- Experience across commercial property and/or leasing
- Confident drafting and negotiating legal documentation
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Commercially minded and able to work autonomously
