The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Grader Operator ready to take on something bigger? We're seeking talented operators to join our tight-knit mining crews at the world renowned Wodgina Lithium mine - one of the largest hard rock lithium deposits in the world. You will have the opportunity to operator state of the art, well maintained equipment including CAT 18M series Grader. This is your chance to work with a company that values safety, rewards performance, and genuinely cares about its people. On a 2/1 (2 weeks on, 1 week off) roster, you'll have consistent home time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.

What is required?

  • A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
  • A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Proven production mining experience operating CAT 16M, 18M, or 24M Graders. 
  • A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
