Daimler Trucks Brisbane are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Admin department! As a valuable and critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role:
- Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers
- Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and tasks related to parts and stock management
- Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating between departments
