About the role
Ready to play a key role in keeping our stores stocked and our operations running smoothly? As a Group Stock Hand at JPL Group, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for receiving, sorting, picking, packing and dispatching stock across our store network. From processing transfers and preparing store deliveries to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations, you'll help ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time. If you're organised, reliable and enjoy a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
What will you do?
- Process watch repairs to allocated suppliers
- Receive and dispatch repaired watches back to stores
- Ensure all repair queries from stores are resolved
- Liaise with stores and suppliers in relations to all watch repair queries
- General ad-hoc and administration duties including picking
What skills and experience do you need?
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details with focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to work well both in a team as well as individually
- Proven ability to plan, organise, implement actions and achieve effective outcome
