We are currently recruiting for Part-Time Ramp and Baggage Agents.
Key responsibilities for a Ramp and Baggage Agent:
- Loading and unloading of ULD’s
- Loading and unloading aircraft Cargo
- Baggage management- lifting baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece
- Assisting with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
- Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types
- Follow direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
- Hands on capacity handling a range of duties
To be successful you will:
- Be available for shiftwork across minimum hours of 24 per week, rotating 7-day roster including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Have a full Queensland Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Willing to complete a full pre-employment medical/Drug and Alcohol testing along with a satisfactory security clearance (ASIC)
