About You

We are seeking an innovative Leader of Library Services and Teacher Accreditation (Coordinator 2) to curate dynamic learning environments and to also serve as an Instructional Coach.

In this multifaceted leadership role based at our senior campus at Auburn, you will manage our physical and digital library spaces, oversee daily operations alongside the Library Assistant, and collaborate with staff across the school to embed information literacy and assessment support into the curriculum. • a passion for promoting literacy and community engagement, driving a culture of reading and organizing key events such as Book Week and primary feeder school initiatives
  • empowering leadership and continuous growth, guiding library staff, modeling respectful teaching practices, and engaging in ongoing professional learning aligned with the College's goals
  • deep knowledge of APST to mentor early career teachers through orientation, evidence selection, classroom observations, and proficient accreditation judgements
  • strong instructional coaching skills to review teaching programs, conduct classroom walkthroughs, and deliver constructive feedback that drives professional growth
  • high-level administrative accuracy to maintain compliance records, complete annual NESA audit requirements, and liaise with SCS specialists on teacher development
