Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to run daily operations across our Brookvale clinic. This will be a full time, fixed term role for 6 months. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with shifts between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. 

Key responsibilities 

• Run daily clinic operations. 

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to reception and administration staff. 

• Assist with staff allocation, coverage, training and development. 

• Monitor patient flow and assist with managing delays and workflow issues. 

• Support the team with complex patient enquiries and complaints. 

• Assist with Medicare, DVA, private billing and administrative processes. 

• Oversee financial tasks including daily banking 

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

• Ensure clinic procedures, privacy and professional standards are maintained. 

About you 

• Proven leadership and people-management skills 

• Clear, confident communication 

• Strong organisational ability and system-savvy workflow management 

• Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus 

• VISAGE experience is desirable
