TP Human Capital is recruiting for a local manufacturing business seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a CNC Machine Operator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good computer skills, a practical mindset and a willingness to learn. Previous CNC experience is not essential – full training provided for the right person!
About the Role
- Learn to operate and program CNC and laser cutting machinery.
- Use computer software to prepare cutting files and machine instructions.
- Read and interpret drawings and job specifications.
- Manufacture products using acrylic, PVC and other plastics.
- Maintain quality standards and a safe, organised workshop.
About You
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (Desireable)
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Practical, hands-on approach with an interest in machinery.
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Current driver’s licence (essential).
- Forklift licence or manufacturing experience advantageous.
