As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.

- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures

- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
