Retail Manager-Cabinet Hardware(Mandarin-Speaking)
We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to join our WT Hardware team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to lead and develop a thriving retail online shop specializing in Cabinet Hardware products.
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store operations, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Your strong commercial acumen and passion for the retail industry will be instrumental in taking our store to new heights.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Ensuring the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
- Providing effective leadership, coaching, and support to a team of sales associates
- Analyzing store data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions
- Fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
- Set up e-shop and maintain e-shop web.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the workwear or safety equipment industry
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with retail technology and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools
