ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Support Representative to improve customer outcomes and strengthen retention. Bringing strong customer service skills with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying business growth opportunities, you will help shape how we deliver a consistent, high-value experience for our customers as the business grows.
The products you’ll support:
EasyCars is the dealer management system of choice for independent used car dealers across Australia, bringing inventory, compliance, finance and sales into one place.
WorkshopMate powers mechanical workshops nationwide, managing bookings, job cards, parts, invoicing and customer communication end-to-end.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day software and user issues.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and train new customers on our platform.
- Assist with software configuration, data imports, and implementation activities.
- Investigate issues and work closely with our technical team when escalation is required.
- Build strong customer relationships and help customers get the most value from our software.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products, features, subscriptions, or services that align with customer needs.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Customer Support, Software Support, Help Desk, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident working with software platforms and learning new technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and friendly way.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
You will be highly regarded if you have:
- Experience supporting SaaS or business software applications.
- Customer onboarding and training experience.
- Data import and spreadsheet skills.
- Accounting software knowledge.
- Experience in the automotive or dealership industry.
