About the Role

We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Working alongside our room leaders and educators, you will help deliver engaging daily routines and play-based learning activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate educational programs and daily care routines.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, warm, and stimulating environment for children.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Observe and record children’s developmental progress.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and health and safety policies.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications & Requirements):

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards one).
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and a gentle, patient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
