Service Adviser ? Multi-Brand & Leading EV Brand Opportunities (AC8232)

Are you an experienced Service Adviser looking for a stable Monday to Friday role in Noosa?

We are currently recruiting for two Service Adviser opportunities with an established dealership. These roles offer the chance to work in a busy service environment with strong customer demand, supportive systems and a practical, hands-on team culture.

The first role is suited to an experienced dealership Service Adviser who can work across multiple mainstream brands. You will be responsible for managing retail service customers, handling repair orders, supporting workshop communication and identifying appropriate upsell opportunities.

The second role is a standalone opportunity supporting a leading EV brand. This position will be a little different from a traditional Service Adviser role and may suit someone with strong customer service skills, excellent organisation and a genuine interest in new vehicle technology.

Both roles require clear communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to keep customers informed throughout the service process. The workshop operates in a counter-service environment, with retail service work handled separately from PD and internal work.

The multi-brand adviser role includes an hourly rate, paid overtime allowance, incentives and a company car. Final package details will depend on the role and candidate experience.
