Your new role
As an EBP Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with technical delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable functional solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

Eliciting and analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications Configuring Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement modules) and PowerApps to meet business needs Acting as the key liaison between business users and technical delivery teams Producing high-quality functional and design documentation Supporting testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst (or similar) in an enterprise IT environmentStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365Demonstrated experience producing functional specifications and design documentationExperience configuring Dynamics 365 modules and PowerAppsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsA solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance requirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent professional experienceWhat you'll get in return
