Welder / Boilermaker / Fabricator
Pipe Welding & Structural Steel | South East Suburbs | $50 - $60 p.h. + Super + Overtime
Blaze Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Welders / Boilermakers / Fabricators for immediate start with well-established and highly regarded client's based in the South Eastern Suburbs.
These are long-term casual roles with consistent hours and the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
About the role Working as part of a skilled fabrication team, your duties will include:
- MIG and TIG welding on pipework and structural steel
- Reading and interpreting drawings and job specifications
- Preparing, welding and finishing work to a high standard
- Working on a variety of fabrication and welding projects
- Following quality, safety and site procedures
- Working Monday to Saturday, with Saturday paid at overtime rates
About you To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience in pipe welding, structural steel welding or fabrication
- Strong MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to complete a welding test before commencement
What's on offer
- $50 - $60 per hour + super +overtime
- Monday to Friday day shifts with starts between 6:00am and 8:30am, plus Saturday overtime available
