Mortgage Broker

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join their growing team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping clients navigate lending solutions while building a strong referral network in a supportive, high-performing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting with clients to understand their financial situation and borrowing needs
• Structuring and recommending suitable home loan and lending solutions
• Preparing and submitting loan applications while managing the process through to settlement
• Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with clients and partners
• Keeping clients informed throughout the application process and providing clear guidance
• Maintaining accurate records and managing your pipeline to ensure timely outcomes
• Contributing to a collaborative and professional team culture

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Lending Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of residential lending products and credit assessment processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
