What You Will Be Doing
- Operating large production excavators in an open cut coal mining environment
- Loading haul trucks safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment faults
- Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and standards
- Working collaboratively within a production-focused team
What You Will Need
- Proven experience operating production excavators in mining
- Demonstrated experience on Liebherr 9600, Liebherr 9350, Liebherr 996, or Hitachi EX8000 excavators
- Signed skills list verifying operating competency
- Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
