Our client is a community-focused organisation that provides accommodation and support services for men experiencing homelessness or housing instability. They offer a safe and supportive environment while assisting residents with accessing essential services, building independence, and working towards more stable long-term housing outcomes.Your new role

Provide crisis support and case management assistance to residents within a men's hostel and crisis accommodation properties Complete client intake assessments, case plans, referrals, and ongoing support activities Assist residents with daily living skills, including household tasks, routines, and independent living goals Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and administrative records Liaise with internal teams and external support services to assist clients in securing and maintaining housing Support residents to access payments, community services, and other relevant programs Work collaboratively within a team-managed caseload environment Provide support across a 24/7 roster, including day, afternoon, sleepover, and overnight shifts

What you'll need to succeed
Certificate III in Community Services, Individual Support, or a related qualificationExperience in client intake, case management, support planning, and referralsStrong administrative and documentation skillsUnderstanding of crisis intervention, homelessness, or community services environmentsFlexible availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepover and overnight shiftsTeam-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when requiredWhat you'll get in return
