We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and service operations in this relaxed, quality casual dining venue in Sydney's city area. Reporting directly to the General Manager you'll oversee the à la carte dining bistro in a moderate-scale operation. Enjoy a lifestyle-friendly setup with service standards and a guest focused mentality. You will be responsible for managing  a team of likeminded hospitality professionals in an environment that genuinely feels like somewhere people want to be.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience in casual dining or similar hospitality settings
• Strong track record managing front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest experience
• Good food and beverage knowledge, this role also encompasses bar and beverage skillset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Rostering, ordering and understanding of menu development and costings ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification a MUST
