The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Brisbane team and take ownership of a number of new build projects.
The current focus is on Education projects up to $10M, with projects across Brisbane including the inner Northside and Southside.
This is a good opportunity for a PM who enjoys being hands-on with their projects and wants genuine ownership over delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing your projects from start to finish, working closely with the site team, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
The business works across a range of sectors including Education, Health, Science, Commercial and Community, so there is also plenty of variety in the
wider project pipeline.
The Company
Our client is a well-established Brisbane-based builder with astrong reputation for delivering quality projects across a range of sectors.
They've been around for close to 20 years and have built a solid business through repeat clients, strong relationships and consistently delivering good projects.
The work is varied, with a mix of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects, often in complex or live environments. They have a strong pipeline of work and are continuing to grow.
They're looking for someone who is practical, switched on and wants to be part of the team. This isn't a business where you'll just be another number - you'll have genuine ownership of your projects and the opportunity to build yourself within the business long term.
What You Bring
- Proven Project Manager experience within commercial construction
- Experience delivering new build projects up to $10M
- Education project experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working in complex or live environments
